  It's close, friendly, and they genuinely try to help. If they don't know the answer or don't carry the item they direct you to who does. I used to manage for their rival, Grand Auto and because we sold tires and had a real shop, I felt that O'Reilly was somehow inferior. They have either gotten to be much more professional, or I was wrong in the 1st place.

  On three occasions, they had to 'call it in' when NOBODY else has EVER had an issue with cards. Not to mention, the battery they were trying to sell at $146 is available elsewhere for $89. Not a big issue if it were a different brand. Price gouging otherwise. Besides that, the assistant manager there was overheard putting another customer through a guilt trip for interrupting his lunch because they are severely under staffed. I'm an autozone fan now, gonna go to the other guys to rebuild my van.
